The Platform
Decentraland is the world’s first fully decentralized, Ethereum blockchain-based virtual world, built, governed and owned by its users. It’s a truly unique ecosystem with its own decentralized autonomous organization, currency, marketplace and system of property – and it’s growing fast! New creations are added daily by creators who use proprietary developer tools to make games, puzzles, scenes, artworks – whatever their imaginations allow. Via their personal avatars, users attend live music events, conferences, exhibitions, dance parties and other experiences every day of the year. What began as a proof-of-concept for assigning ownership of digital real estate to users of a blockchain is now an immersive, ever-expanding and richly detailed metaverse, where anything is possible.
The Challenge
The organization is growing fast, and this role will take a key part in supporting the employee experience strategy by partnering with the Decentraland Foundation teams. Will contribute with the growth of the organization, maintaining its essence and cultural values, ensuring fair treatment and transparency through the implementation of processes and co creating solutions with People Team and partners. 
Responsibilities:
• Create effective relationships with the partner groups providing People guidance.
• Analyze trends and metrics with the People Team to develop solutions, programs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Works closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, engagement and employee satisfaction.
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough an objective approach . 
• Contribute as an ambassador of the culture and values of the organization, promoting initiatives of diversity, inclusion and belonging.

• Experience working with Gaming and Social Networks organizations (EU, US) strongly preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Openness to learn and teach.
