Project Manager, Growth Operations & Strategy
YGG’s Chief Operating Officer is building a team of talented Project Managers that will have a direct role in driving critical growth projects within YGG’s extended ecosystem.
As part of the Growth Operations & Strategy team, Project Managers will drive workflows in a variety of strategic areas including Game/Portfolio Operations, Strategic Partnerships, Product Development, Community Operations, Commercial Partnerships, NFT Drops, Media Programs, and other Special Projects.
Members of this team will report directly to the Global COO and will be expected to grow into positions of critical ownership and leadership as YGG continues to scale globally.
Our current team is a wide mix of traditional and non-traditional backgrounds working remotely from around the world. Experienced candidates interested in crypto, gaming, web3, NFTs, and emerging technologies are encouraged to apply.
Some responsibilities include:
- Work with functional stakeholders to drive core strategic projects across the YGG ecosystem, including project strategy/planning, development/rollout, ongoing management, and growth
- Participate in the broader YGG community, both online and offline, and represent YGG at international crypto and gaming conferences and events
- Identify operational and strategy opportunities and pitch solutions to Co-Founders, COO, and other Senior Leads
