We are growing and evolving non-stop, and are looking for a Partner Manager to join our dynamic and passionate web3 team

The Role

    • Rarible is looking for an NFT enthusiast to help partners make the most of the space, whether it is taking their first steps and/or building long term NFT strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, success based on the attraction and retention of great NFT creators and projects to the ecosystem (Rarible.com, Rarible Protocol & Community Marketplaces)

Key responsibilities

    • Lead partnerships with both web3 native & enterprise clients, owning outreach, pitch, negotiation, close, and execution stages
    • Handle inbound requests in an organised and timely fashion
    • Handle partner account issue including problem solving, on-boarding guidance and day-to-day inbound from partners
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering & legal teams to implement and ensure the ongoing success of partnerships
    • Track, analyze and communicate industry trends
    • Create innovative and strategic programs that ladder up to company goals

Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge and passion for web3 space
    • Experience in business development or partnerships in the crypto industry
    • Ability to work with partners on technical details, diagnosing problems and finding solutions
    • Proven track record in partner management
    • Self-motivated and experienced operating in a rapidly changing work environment and remain productive with minimal supervision
    • Proactive solution-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Effective presentation, written and verbal communication skills
    • English required
    • Ability to succeed in a global, remote environment, working cross-company successfully to drive results
    • Ability to travel regionally and globally periodically
