You will be joining our Human Resources team to support our global expansion. This role will be based in Hong Kong and you will be given the opportunity to learn about various HR functions including operations / talent management / HR projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to broaden their HR experience in a fast-paced and high growth environment.
– Assist in full spectrum of HR function, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance – management and employee relations, etc;
– Assist in end-to-end process related to internal training: distribute surveys, compile and maintain proper records, and gather feedback;
– To organize and to participate in staff events and social events;
– Provide full spectrum of administrative support including but not limited to: conference room booking, price research and quotations, stationery/premium order and general office maintenance.
– To handle ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor;
– University Graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
– 1 years’ relevant HR working experience, preferably gained from sizable MNC;
– Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English is a must;
– Quick learner, detail-minded, organized and independent;
– Proficient in PC skills (e.g. MS Office and Google Drive such as Google sheet, docs, etc.
– Able to communicate well with all levels of people;
– Fresh graduate are also welcomed; overseas graduates is a plus
– Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR Trainee
