The Role
Our Ultra Games Team is looking for the Account Manager who will be responsible for the constant cooperation and building of long lasting relationships with partners, assisting them in uploading games on Ultra’s platform and making sure their general experience with Ultra is smooth and up-level. In this role you will be working closely with the Business Development Manager and other teams like Partnership, Marketing, R&D and C – level Management. #LI-Remote
Your Profile 
This is an exciting opportunity for you if you are an initiative-driven professional with a commercial/SMM background who enjoys managing accounts pipelines, has no hesitation to speak with game developers on technical matters, understands their games production goals and is ready to fulfill immediate needs promptly. With us you will get a chance to dive into the crypto gaming environment, take an active part in developing and shaping Ultra’s processes and standards, and help us deliver the best experience to all our users.

Key Requirements

    • Fluent in English
    • 1-3 years experience in account management/business development/partnerships in the video games/media/events industries
    • Knowledgeable about the game production cycle and culture including network connections with publishers and platforms
    • Understanding of game mechanics, marketing and user acquisition.
    • Good communication skills, Confidence in speaking with partners face to face and pitching on conferences
    • Strong analysis, time and project management skills 
    • Hands-on experience with Google Suite (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
    • Proactive, flexible, accountable, team-oriented, with a go-getter mindset

It’s great (but not necessary) if you also have:

    • Experience within a globally distributed, cross-functional team
    • Hands-on experience with any CRM software
    • Blockchain, esports or NFT experience
    • Have a passion for games

What you will do:

    • Your challenges
    • You will work with Ultra staff and partners all around the world (Americas, EMEA, Asia), and collaborating with them remotely will be part of your daily routine
    • The crypto and gaming spaces are ever changing: keeping your finger on the pulse of the upcoming industry trends and product features will be key in your success
    • Your ability to advise and your determination to maximize collaboration with our partners will help us deliver the best onboarding experience  
    • Your tasks
    • Onboarding games on behalf of partners/developers to the Ultra platform, including walkthroughs, step-by-step guidance, and the showcasing of features
    • Regular day to day sync ups/catch ups with partners/developers on new game releases and occasional upselling of new opportunities/products/projects on the Ultra ecosystem 
    • Collaborating with c-level management and marketing teams to reach goals and targets related to Ultra Games: forecasting, signing partnerships, follow up promotions, conversion rates, developers exposure to Ultra’s platform, analysis of user satisfaction data, etc)
    • Documenting and escalating, when appropriate, the positive and negative feedback of partners to your manager in a timely manner
    • Driving the constant improvement of the platform and games
