A bit about the role:
As the Director of Partner Success for Gaming, you will lead and build our strategy for Immutable’s business critical gaming partners and help drive strategic value across these relationships. You will play a crucial part in building a successful and mission obsessed team across regions.
This role will be a leadership role, as well as being responsible for some of the key strategic relationships within the Gaming vertical. You will define what partner success means and will build resources and processes to enable your team. You will be accountable for the strategy and execution of the Immutable X partners in the Web 3 gaming industry globally. You will be measured on the effectiveness of your global team, tracked against partner onboarding, technical integrations, account management, retention and expansion.
Working closely with the leadership team within the Go-to-Market organisation at Immutable. You must have demonstrated experience and understanding in web3 gaming, crypto and/or NFTs.

You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and be accountable for managing the highest valued gaming partners
- Grow our partners’ businesses on Immutable X
- Lead a team of Partner Success Managers and provide enablement for them to meet and exceed targets
- Define and track against OKRs and deliverables for the Gaming pod
- Identify trends and opportunities in the web3 gaming landscape. Represent Immutable at relevant local and international events
- Effectively manage and mitigate risk across the Immutable X’s gaming partners
- Be a constant advocate for business partners of Immutable X
- Be the voice of the partner to internal partners — translate their needs and advocate on their behalf
- Enable the Gaming pod to negotiate sophisticated deals and manage the associated commercial and legal processes
We would love you to have:
- 10+ years in a partner facing/quota carrying role within a technology first business, such as Sales, Account Management, Consulting, Solutions Architect, Customer Experience, etc. in a gaming or gaming-adjacent company
- Deep knowledge on NFTs and Web3 gaming and concepts
- An understanding of the industry best practices and trends within the web3 gaming industry
- Industry knowledge of gaming revenue points and lead discussions of moving to a web3 revenue generation business model for our gaming partners
- Demonstrated industry connections to help Immutable support our Partner network
- An understanding of APIs and SDKs
- An understanding of scalable blockchains, crypto and/or NFTs
- Exceptional stakeholder and communications capabilities
Some extra skills that would be awesome:
- Experience directly working on, or advising on web3 gaming projects
- Thought leadership on gaming, blockchain or NFT, e.g. blogs, podcasts
- Crypto knowledge / background – this person will be consulting companies and helping to teach them how to build their go to market efforts in the blockchain / NFT space in order to maximise their business outcomes
- Proven ability to manage and execute business strategies and plans globally
- Full relationship / partner lifetime value accountability for deals / clients they’re responsible for
