We are growing and evolving non-stop, and are looking for Community Manager to join our dynamic and passionate web3 team.
Key responsibilities
- Own all aspects of social media strategy and execution related to Rarible’s Instagram and TikTok accounts
- Oversee an editorial calendar for these platforms with a focus on visual, web3-native storytelling
- Pitch creative concepts for Instagram and TikTok content that meet Rarible’s partnership and community-building objectivesÂ
- Submit and manage design requests for any visual needsÂ
- Identify relevant and significant ways for Rarible to participate in culture and fan conversationsÂ
- Leverage a diverse mix of insights to inform creative strategies and effectively tell the story of social performance
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for contentÂ
- Act as a social authority and trusted advisor in key areas, ranging from mastery of the Instagram algorithm to knowledge on the latest TikTok trendsÂ
- Represent social marketing in cross-functional interactions with internal teams and external partners, including NFT projects, artists, partner agencies, and moreÂ
- Be willing to host Instagram Lives and TikTok videosÂ
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in social mediaÂ
- Web3 native with a deep understanding and interest in crypto and NFT market
- Experience in social media and/or community managementÂ
- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
- Please be able to provide a list of previously-run social handles OR portfolio of visual workÂ
- Experience with NFTs is not required but a strong plusÂ
