A bit about the role:
As our first-ever CMO, you will drive the growth of the vision across our marketing strategy, and lead our marketing teams in building a world-class brand from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to build out and lead our Marketing team, whilst partnering with internal and external stakeholders to make Immutable famous.

You will have the opportunity to:

    • Create and execute an overall brand, marketing and community strategy for Immutable
    • Take accountability for critical Marketing and Community KPIs and deliverables
    • Define the budget and team necessary to achieve those outcomes
    • Hire and manage a successful marketing function across Community, Marketing and Product Marketing
    • Grow the Immutable and Immutable X community and fan culture
    • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to make Immutable famous
    • Bridge the gap between End-users, Customers, Sales, Customer Success and Product as well as provide insights on our Customers and Community to the broader organisation

We would love you to have:

    • Proven experience as VP / Head of Marketing, or VP Brand at a high growth technology setting 
    • Experience directly managing teams of 5+ people 
    • A growth mindset
    • The ability to operate independently and be comfortable making and being accountable for big decisions
    • The internal motivation and drive for excellence
    • An intuitive understanding of how our technology, our customer and community interface with one another and leverages data to inform strategy and the execution of that plan
    • A clear vision for how to establish a successful and thriving Marketing function

Some extra skills that would be awesome:

    • Previously led brand creation for B2B software / B2B experience
    • Experience or a strong interest in crypto/blockchain and NFTs
