What will you do?
- Lead as point of contact for your portfolio of clients in answering high requests
- Involve in new project pitching by providing expertise and draft effective proposals
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions and services according to clients’ needs and objectives
- Coordinate all organizational project matters and manage all daily project management issues
- Understand the issues and pain points facing our strategic accounts and researching and executing scalable solutions
- Identify opportunities for business growth and further value add for the client
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Interact closely with team members from 3D Content, Sales and Marketing for lead generation, content management/creation
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers
- At least 2 years’ experience in an operational sales or account management role
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Capable of developing and implementing plans and strategy
- Good project management and problem-solving skills, with strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to manage and motivate the team
- Proficiency in both English and French is a plus
- Knowledge in the use of Clickup, pipedrive preferred
